Over the years of working with many clients, I’ve learned that grief and difficult life circumstances often bring unresolved trauma to the surface. For some, it’s the heartbreak of watching a loved one suffer or pass away; for others, it’s pain rooted in past experiences that continues to affect the present. I help clients find healing and relief by releasing the hold of these painful memories through EMDR-informed methods and other supportive, evidence-based techniques.
