My journey into life coaching began after experiencing profound personal loss. In 2015, I lost my first husband to colon cancer at the age of 37, while raising our two young children. These experiences sparked my passion for helping others navigate grief, loss, and life’s most challenging seasons.
Through my own journey, I have gained a deep understanding of the healing process and the tools needed to move forward with hope and resilience. I bring compassion, practical guidance, and a unique perspective to support those facing grief, loss, and life transitions.
In 2023, I remarried, and I now bring both an understanding of loss and a vision for moving forward toward joy, growth, and wholeness.
I have been working as a Certified Grief & Life Coach for over 5 years, holding multiple certifications that allow me to offer a variety of healing modalities. I provide clients with the guidance, tools, and understanding needed to move forward and rediscover a renewed sense of self.
My approach is tailored to each individual, recognizing that one size does not fit all. I combine compassion, support, empowerment, and practical tools to help you navigate challenges, heal trauma, resolve relational issues, and work toward goal-oriented solutions.
If you’re ready to take a courageous step toward healing, I invite you to schedule a free 20-minute phone consultation. Together, we can create a path toward growth, resilience, and wholeness.

Coaching is not the same as therapy. It is a goal-focused method of helping you to learn tools and obtain the knowledge to reach your goals. Life coaching is a practical, proactive approach to help you becoming your best self and be responsible for obtaining your goals. With the right mindset, tools, and support, you have the power to grow, heal, and become more whole.
A typical coaching session with Through the Tears Life Coaching lasts about 60 minutes, allowing ample time to explore your goals and challenges. The frequency of sessions depends on your personal needs and goals. I meet with clients in person in my Chester, NJ office or virtually for clients out of commuting distance or for clients who prefer or require remote meetings. I offer flexible scheduling.
While I don't take insurance, operating as a direct-pay (out-of-network) practice leads to better results. I am committed to delivering the highest quality of care, focused entirely on you. By operating outside of insurance networks, I ensure that your care is superior and unconstrained. Insurance companies often impose limits on the type of care, the number of sessions, and even topics covered. A Direct-Pay Model ensures your plan is personalized and guided by your unique needs and goals, not by a third party's rules or budget. As an out-of-network provider, I can (upon your request) provide you with a superbill (an itemized receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for your potential reimbursement, depending on your plan's out-of-network benefits.
I accept the following forms of payment:

My purpose is to be a beacon of light, healing, and hope in your life. I am dedicated to providing compassionate support and care in a safe and understanding environment for all those who are hurting or struggling on their journey.
My goal is to facilitate healing, connection, and hope, helping you to achieve significant growth, deepen your own self-awareness, and strengthen your connection to yourself, to God or a Higher Power, and to others.
Wishing you peace and hope as you explore the possibilities for your life.
Whether you are looking to heal the trauma of grief, learn new tools and coping skills, or to find a way to move forward, my expertise and knowledge will provide you with a path forward.
