My expertise is in helping those who are struggling with grief and loss. I will provide you with the support you need as you work through your journey of grief and loss. Learning what's normal and what to expect on your journey towards healing and hope. I can also help those who are dealing with anticipatory grief (the grief experienced before a loss).
For those dealing with issues of codependency, self-esteem, and relationships. I will guide you towards the root causes of these issues, exploring your beliefs, and work with you to create a plan towards healing and wholeness.

We all have places in our life where we are blocked. Working together, we will identify those blocks and find ways for you to overcome them. Once you have a plan, I will become your accountability partner to help you stick to it and get around any obstacles.
